Seriously, 12:30AM & my family & I were in the living room laughing like no tomorrow. Literally, laughing 'till we cried... except my dad, being the man that he is. Goodness. It didn't even last an hour; no music, no TV (well, it was muted) to make us laugh-- just each other. It made me appreciate them so much. Tonight was packed with family encounters; my immediate family, extended family, family I haven't seen in so long, family I haven't seen-- period, family of family, family friends.
But after all that, I'd say the time between 12AM & about 12:35AM was the best part.
Happy 14th birthday, little brother.
